On
May 15th, Sunwoda Energy Solution Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Sunwoda, and Management Committee of Zaozhuang High-tech Zone
signed the contract for "Source-Network- Load -Storage" integrated
project in a ceremony in Zaozhuang, Shandong province.

Zaozhuang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Mr. Zhang
Hongwei, Deputy Secretary of Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Mayor,
Mr. Shao Shiguan, Standing Committee of Zaozhuang Municipal Committee
and Executive Vice Mayor of Zaozhuang Municipal Government, Mr. Wang Wei, chairman of Sunwoda, Mr. Ye Zhilin, assistant to president, Mr. Li Zhangyi,
general manager of Sunwoda Energy, Mr. Li Baohua, Deputy General Manager of Sunwoda Energy, attended the ceremony.
The
two sides reached a strategic cooperation on the investment,
construction and operation of "Source-Network-Load-Storage" integrated
project. According to the agreement, Sunwoda Energy Solution Co., Ltd.
will take the lead in building photovoltaic, energy storage,
distribution grid and other projects and supporting manufacturing
projects in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone and
surrounding municipalities. The project is expected to have a total
investment of about 10 billion yuan, through the layout of photovoltaic
power generation, energy storage and intelligent energy scheduling and
control system, the overall planning of power supply and distribution
facilities in i
ndustry-city
integration demonstration zone, and the joint creation of a new power
system to comprehensively solve the energy demand of customers in
industry-city integration demonstration zone for green power, and
provide better integrated energy services for industrial enterprises in
Zaozhuang High-tech Zone.
After the completion of the project, it will realize the local consumption of new energy, significantly reduce the cost of electricity for enterprises in industry-city integration demonstration zone, promote the orderly replacement of traditional energy sources, and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of energy and ecology, and will make a contribution to the building of a 100 billion output value lithium industry base and "zero carbon park" in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone.
